Technical issues arose again during a regulatory update carried out as scheduled by our partner Fiskaly on May 24, 2026.
Despite intensive efforts, some technical safety devices (TSDs) could not be restored. They have therefore been permanently marked as defective (DEFECTIVE).
What does this mean?
If any of these affected TSEs are associated with your account, you can no longer use them. They must be replaced.
The following is required for the affected systems:
- Creating a new TSE
- Setting up a new client
