On 24 August 2025, our partner Fiskaly experienced technical problems during a planned update of the certified cloud TSE SIGN DE, which temporarily affected the use of Fiskaly SIGN DE. Less than 1% of the systems had to be permanently replaced, and some users experienced temporary outages or performance losses.
Fiskaly quickly identified and resolved the cause of the malfunction. Full functionality has been restored since 29 August 2025 and all systems are running smoothly.
